The Euro 2024 is just a week away and as usual, it promises to be filled with excitement and action. There are a lot of countries capable of winning the trophy with there being no clear favourite.
Just as the EURO will provide us with thrilling moments, some teenagers are also expected to do the same and some might even surprise us in the competition. Some of these teenagers are already well known in Europe while the European Championship, a platform to make a name for themselves awaits. Therefore; here are 6 (six) teenagers to look out for in EURO 2024.

6 Kenan Yildiz
Juventus youngster, Kenan Yildiz has been a joy to watch at club level, where he was able to play his way into the plans of Maximiliano Allegri despite the competition for place. His role as a second striker has helped improve Juventus and make Dusan Vlahovic a better striker.
The player scored four goals for the club this season and he will definitely be an important player for Turkey in Germany. Yildiz is a player who you definitely need to look out for and you won’t be disappointed by his performance.
5. Kobbie Mainoo
In a season where Manchester United struggled for form and have been very inconsistent, Kobbie Mainoo has made himself a regular starter for the club. Mainoo has been impressive throughout the season and is definitely one of the best in his position at the moment.
The 19-year-old midfielder is the reason United fans have hope of a bright future and with his ability, he can definitely be at the top. Mainoo was selected by Gareth Southgate to represent England in the Euro 2024 and he will definitely be a joy to watch as England look forward to bringing the trophy “home”.
4. Warren Zaïre-Emery
Warren Zaïre-Emery is another solid midfielder who plays in Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). The 18-year-old has been amazing to watch and has worked his way up to become a regular starter at the club. The French international has been linked to other top Clubs but it is very likely that he will remain in Paris.
In case you haven’t seen more of him, then the European Championship is the perfect avenue to watch him play and help France in the competition. The Player will definitely be watched closely by a lot of top clubs in the competition, and so will fans too.

3. Joao Neves
For those who don’t know who this teenager is, let me introduce you to Joao Neves, a midfielder who plays for Benfica. At just 19, the player was called up by Roberto Martinez to join Portugal’s squad.
On the back of a sensational season, he has managed to gain interests from top clubs like Manchester United and Arsenal. The Euro 2024 will be the perfect stage to know if the Portuguese is worth all the hype and if he manages to impress, then a move to a top Club this summer could become more likely.
2. Arda Guler
Popularly known as “The Turkish Messi”, Arda Guler joined Real Madrid last summer for a fee around £17 million (seventeen million pounds) and though he has been injured for most parts of the season, his impact was instant following his return to fitness.
Guler scored six goals in his last seven appearances for Real Madrid. Hopefully, the player can keep his impressive form going into Euro 2024 and he will definitely be a key player for Turkey in the competition. Arda Guler has also been nominated for the Golden boy award and is one of the favourites to win the award.
1. Lamine Yamal
Barcelona forward, Lamine Yamal has been a sensation this season. The player is also the youngest in this list. At only 16 years of age, the player has been impressive to say the least. Yamal scored six goals and provided six assists for Barcelona last season.
He has shown that he has a lot of potentials and we may not need to wait too long to start seeing his potential. After an impressive season, the teenager was called up and will be representing Spain in Euro 2024. A lot of fans will expect the player to impress in the competition just as he did for Barcelona this season.
Yamal has also been nominated for the Golden Boy award and at the moment he is clearly the favourite to win the award.
