Didier Deschamps, the 56 year old manager of the French national football team, is set to step down as the national team coach having cemented his place in the country’s in football history.
Appointed manager in 2012, Deschamps brought stability and success to Les Bleus, leading the team to numerous accolades.
Deschamps’ achievements include winning the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the 2021 UEFA Nations League.
