The 20-year-old English sensation has now been crowned Arsenal’s player of the season for the second year in succession, beating Martin Ødegaard and Aaron Ramsdale to the prize.

The Hale Ender won 52 percent of the votes, becoming the first player to win the award back to back since club legend, Thierry Henry did in 2003 and 2004, which extended to the 2005 season, completing a three peat.
The duo of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, who left the club in the winter and summer respectively have been able to win the award only once in their Arsenal spell.
Despite being Arsenal’s main man since he joined from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018, Aubameyang was only able to win the award in 2020, when he helped Arsenal to the FA Cup title in Wembley, in what was his second full season at the club.
He left in January 2022, at the end of what amount to four years while Lacazette, who spent a year more then his compatriot was crowned the club’s player of the season in 2019.
Bukayo Saka at the end of his third full season since graduating from the Arsenal academy has now won the award more times that Aubameyang and Lacazette.
The England international has also won more than the likes of Mesut Özil, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere while he is level with Cesc Fabregas, Alexis Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey and Robin van Persie.
He will be focused on helping Arsenal do better on their return to Europe next season and hopefully win the award for a third consecutive time to match the greatest player in the history of the club, surpassing every other players.
