Liverpool set to beat other top European teams to the signature of £60m midfielder

Liverpool are edging closer to finalising a £60million deal for Colombian midfielder Luis Diaz from Portuguese side, Porto.

The midfielder, on the back of a successful Copa America where he finished joint top scorer alongside Lionel Messi has been in a red-hot form for Porto, scoring 12 goals in 15 league appearances so far.
Manchester United have also been linked with the former Junior FC player but it is Jürgen Klopp’s Reds who are now close to sealing a deal for the 24year old.
