Novak Djokovic reaches 32nd Grand Slam final, his eighth in Wimbledon after coming back from a set down against Cameron Norrie to win 2-6 6-3 6-2 6-4 and set up a final meeting with Nick Kyrgios.
He becomes the male player with the most Grand Slam finals reached in the Open Era with a 32nd and at the same time reaches his eighth final in Wimbledon looking to equal Roger Federer’s record of four consecutive Wimbledon titles.
In his way to equal history will be Nick Kyrgios, the Australian reaches his first ever Grand Slam final following Rafael Nadal’s decision to withdraw from their semi final schedule due to an abdominal injury.
27-year-old Kyrgios has won both of his singles meeting with Djokovic and will be looking to repeat his performances to deliver his first ever Grand Slam title at Wimbledon.
Djokovic however will be hoping to pounce on this opportunity to win his 21st Grand Slam title, his seventh in Wimbledon.
The two face off on Center Court on Sunday afternoon.
