Mohamed Salah
Last ranking: First
Despite Liverpool’s Merseyside derby against archrivals Everton being postponed due to poor weather conditions, Salah deservedly retains top spot in this list.
There simply isn’t a player in a richer vein of form than the Egyptian maestro at the moment. Salah sits atop both the goal-scoring and assist charts at Liverpool, having scored 13 goals and contributed another 8 assists.
Marco Silva’s Fulham need to be on top of their game if they plan on getting a result at Anfield this weekend.
Erling Haaland
Last ranking: Third
The dry spell is over! After three games without a goal, Erling Haaland returned to the scoresheet last week in Manchester City’s four-goal stalemate at Selhurst Park.
As Pep Guardiola’s charges strive to return to their usual lofty standards, they will be looking to the big Norwegian to do what he does best – find the back of the net.

Despite hitting a rough patch, Haaland is joint top scorer in the Premier League this season, with 13 goals to his name. Up against cross-city rivals Manchester United this weekend, Haaland could make a claim for top spot in next week’s rankings with a special performance.
Bukayo Saka
Last ranking: Second
After an uncharacteristically quiet outing away at Fulham last week, Bukayo Saka is down a spot following Arsenal’s 1-1 draw.
Undoubtedly very talented, Saka has been the main creative spark at Arsenal this season, scoring five goals and contributing an impressive 11 assists – the most in the Premier League this season.
An integral part of the Mikel Arteta project, Saka is approaching 100 goal contributions in the Premier League, currently standing at 97!
