Thomas Tuchel is the Current Chelsea football club manager claimed by many is the most successful manager in the last one year due to the instant success he has enjoyed with Chelsea, rejuvenating what was a dying team under Frank Lampard.

Edward John Frank Howe, an English professional football manager and former player, who is currently the head coach of Premier League club Newcastle United. Howe was a defender during his playing career with AFC Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Swindon Town amassing 272 Appearances scoring 12 goals. He also featured twice for England Under 21 in 1998.
He retired from professional football in 2007 and entered management taking charge at AFC Bournemouth. The 44 year old is the first managerial appointment made by the Saudi-led consortium since their takeover of the club in October.
Howe who has been out of work since leaving Bournemouth in 2020 following their relegation to the championship replaced Steve Bruce, who managed only 28 wins in 97 games drawing 28 and losing 41 with a winning percentage of 28.9% at St James’ park.
Howe was once tipped to succeed Arsene Wenger at Arsenal but was overlooked for the appointment of Spanish manager, Unai Emery, who has since been replaced by fellow Spaniard, Mikel Arteta.
Since Howe’s appointment on the 8th of November last year, he has led the Magpies through a brilliant run of form winning four and dropping two points in their last five games.
What could have been the X-Factor in the resurgence of this side ? Cash inflow from the Owners or the Manager’s Technical know how?
Following their £305million Saudi-backed takeover in October, Newcastle United were the league’s highest spenders in January, splashing an enormous £85m on deals to bring Kieran Trippier, Chris Wood, Bruno Guimaraes, Matt Targett and Dan Burn to St James’ Park.
Given that the Magpies have been unable to flex their financial muscle since that deal was signed off, it was no surprise to see them embark on a huge spending splurge to try and soothe their relegation fears.
Kieran Trippier has almost immediately hit the ground running scoring twice in four league appearances the same amount of goals he had playing for Tottenham in 107 appearance in all competition.
Fast forward to Match week 28 of the Premiere League, Eddie Howe has picked up 22 points from 15 games and United are now placed 14th on 28points, moving further away from the relegation zone game after game.
Having picked up only six points in their first 12 games, with 12matches to go until the end of this campaign, no one can bet against The Magpies not maintaining their status in premier league all kudos to Eddie Howe, who has done so much in such a shirt period and surely he has the bits to take Newcastle to a higher pedestal.
Just like Thomas Tuchel, it has taken Howe short time to have Newcastle United playing good football and getting positive results. With the level of investment expected from the Newcastle United owners, the Englishman could become one of the biggest name in world football, just like Tuchel, if he continues to impress the new owners and keep his job.
